How Challenging Are Dual Credit Classes?

After taking the TSI on the summer of her freshman year, she got involved in dual credit classes. She started doing it because she saw that her summers were getting bored and instead of sitting down at home doing nothing she wanted to do something productive. On Aug, 2018, she started to go to Dual Credit classes in EPCC. “ I feel good but at the same time stress because all my classes and homework but I know that at the end it would be worth it”. Robledo said.

After talking with the counselor in sophomore year, She decided to take Dual Credit classes in the summer. She got involved because she wanted to get ahead in college and to raise her GPA. She didn’t have nothing to do on her summers so she went to EPCC to take the two classes that they offer her. She didn’t take that much time and know she is ahead in college.” My summers were to bored and when the counselor talked to me about what Dual Credit was it interested me. I realize that spending time here while doing nothing would be stress but it would help me for my future it would be more easy” Rodriguez said.

After seeing his friends join Dual Credit Classes in sophomore year, he got motivated to get involved in taking Dual credit classes. He didn’t do anything on his summers that’s why he also wanted to get ahead in college. He took U.S. Government and Speech and know he is ahead in high school and in college. “ My summers were too boring and one of my friends told me about Dual Credit Classes and it got my attention. I started going to EPCC and it was fun but at the same time difficult but i didn’t give up” Montes Said.
